How does Push → Email → SMS work?
Communication moves automatically from the fastest and least expensive channel to the next only if the recipient does not read the message within the configured time.
If the user does not read the push notification within the configured time, Auksys sends an email automatically.
SMS only when required
If there is no response to the email either, an SMS can be sent only to the recipients who genuinely require it.
